• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, hospital beds, all parts, hygienic products (e.g., slings, mattresses, cushions, bathroom safety), and open-box specials are non-returnable.
• Action Required: You **must** contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to sending anything back.
