Our Price Match Promise
If you find another online-only store offering a lower price than ours within 30 days of your purchase date, please let us know. We will verify the information and, if it meets our criteria, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Additionally, if you find that our own website has lowered the price for the same item you ordered within 30 days of your purchase, we will proactively refund the difference upon your request.
How to Request a Refund
Simply email a link to the product on our website or the competitor's website to Admin@UniversalAide.com. Please include your order number, and our team will process the credit within 5 business days after verification.
Price Guarantee Limitations & Requirements
To ensure a fair comparison, the following conditions must be met:
- Purchase Required: The item must have been purchased from UniversalAide.com before the price match request is submitted.
- Proof of Offer: The offer must be a verifiable "apples-to-apples" price. We cannot match promotional bundles such as "Buy One, Get One Free," rebates, or liquidation sales.
- Stock Availability: The item must be currently in stock and available for immediate shipping on the competitor's website.
- Online-Only Retailers: The competitor must be an online-only store; they may not have a physical retail or "brick-and-mortar" location.
- No Marketplaces or Auctions: We do not match discounters, clearance sites, or third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Overstock, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, etc.).
- Authorized Retailers: The competitor must be an Official Authorized Retailer for the specific manufacturer.
- MAP Policy Compliance: We cannot honor price matches that would violate the manufacturer’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies.
- Total Landed Cost: The guarantee is calculated based on the total "landed" cost (Item Price + Shipping/Freight Charges). It excludes Sales Tax.
