The rear wheels can be quickly and easily moved between three separate axles to adjust the seat to the ideal height or to angle the seat back for personalized support. Additional comfort adjustments include armrest height, seat back height, and the height and angle of the front caster wheels, allowing you to perfectly tailor the Cruiser X4 to your specific needs.

- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, hospital beds, all parts, hygienic products (e.g., slings, mattresses, cushions, bathroom safety), and open-box specials are non-returnable.
- Action Required: You **must** contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to sending anything back.
